Location & Arrival

Exclusive Location & Arrival

To ensure absolute peace and privacy during your South Tyrol holidays, our chalet is only accessible via the NEW Rosskopf cable car. This lift takes you from Sterzing-Vipiteno up to your mountain sanctuary.

Important: The cable car operates daily from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

Parking is available directly at the valley station (€ 0.60/hour). From the mountain station, it is a short 10-minute walk to your accommodation in the Dolomites. Don't worry about heavy bags: We provide luggage transport from the mountain station directly to your chalet.

Gourmet Breakfast & Dining

Start your day with our vital breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:30 am in the "Sternhütte". We focus on homemade and regional products—a quality you'd expect from a boutique hotel in Sterzing.

For a touch of extra romance, we can serve breakfast directly in your luxury mountain lodge (surcharge € 15/suite).

In the evening, enjoy dinner in our cozy parlors or on the panoramic terrace (reservation required).

Good to Know

The prices of the suites are in Euro per night and per suite, incl. vital breakfast buffet (for direct bookings), use of the wellness area.
For every additional person we charge € 120.- per night. The costs for final cleaning vary depending on the suite and are not included in the indicated price.

Our guests are politely asked to contact us by telephone (0039 347 2454930) 1 day before arrival to facilitate arrival.
You will receive the key for your chalet at our Sternhütte, check-in takes place here. We want to guarantee our guests as much peace and privacy as possible during their time with us. Therefore, children are welcome with us from the age of 10.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 30 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge or rebook for another period.
Up to 14 days before arrival 50% of the total price will be charged.
From 14 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, no-show or early departure 100% of the total price will be charged.
